CANCELLATION & REPLACEMENT

www.hereflower.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
For Cakes we will be happy to honour a cancellation request if the request is made before the product is shipped/prepared by the merchant.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before 8 AM on the date of delivery. 100% Refund will be provided if cancellation request is made 1 day prior to the date of delivery otherwise the transactional charges of 10% will be deducted in your amount.

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category. Because flowers are perishable items hence once arrangement is ready then there is no cancellations possible.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Hereflower has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine's Day, mother's day, women's day, Christmas, new year etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Hereflower does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, replacement can be made if the product is not available.

Cancellation of order is not possible if order is for same day delivery. In any other cases 50% amount will be refunded.

In all matters concerning Cancellation and refund Hereflower shall have the deciding hand.

Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund.

Cancellation shall be initiated after formal order cancellation request is received at info@hereflower.com

We will not entertain any complaints for any product after delivered successfully & carefully. If client paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 10 to 15 working days.

Replacement Policy

We strongly recommend looking at the contents of your delivery and if you are not 100% satisfied with the look of your cake, you are NOT obligated to take the cake.

Once the cake has been accepted from the delivery executive, Hereflower does not bear any responsibility for damages occurring to the cake and no refund will be provided for the same.

If you feel that the taste and other attributes cake is not as per your expectations, we request you to write to info@hereflower.com clearly explaining why. This helps us in improving our quality to give you a better experience next time. We will either do a refund or send a replacement cake based on your choice. However, Hereflower retains the right to accept or deny the complaint basis on what was promised on the website and general characteristics of the product delivered.

Exchanges are not acceptable as Cake is a perishable product.

HereFlower is completely skilled and believes in the complete satisfaction and pleasure of our valued customers. We tend to leave no stone unturned to ensure that your package reaches the Specified destination without any kind of impediment or injury. As some of our product are extremely perishable, we regret any reasonably inconvenience to our cherished customers because of some fault on our part.

If the cakes get damaged slightly at the time of transit and you are not happy with the product, we will replace the cake within the next 4 hours or the total money will be refunded to you.
